Excerpts From Tanvi’s Interview With MOMSHUBBUB
Tanvi discussed her journey towards self-love and how she treated Polycystic ovary syndrome Naturally:
“To be totally honest, I’m happy that I have PCOS, it’s been a “Blessing in Disguise”!
It took me 30! to understand that changing the situation is only in my hands. In the beginning, I used to go for a walk daily, later started exercising regularly, and adopted a healthy diet plan in my routine that worked wonders for weight maintenance. After completion of my six months, I started getting my periods naturally on time, I understood Self Care is the key”
“PCOS taught me self-love, PCOS taught me how to take care of my mind and body. PCOS taught me compassion”.
