IT’S ALL ABOUT FINDING THE CALM IN THE CHAOS!!

On this day we Found out that our baby was Frank-Breech!
My doctor told us that I have to undergo a C-section but I wanted to have normal delivery, so our doctors explained us about breech concept!

Babies in the breech position are more likely to have an increased risk of developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) is a condition where the “ ball and socket” joint of the hip does not properly form and might need to identify it after the birth, also explained about it’s complications and risk factors.

What is Frank Breech?

In this position, the baby’s bottom side is aimed at the birth canal with its legs sticking up in front of his or her body and feet near the head.
Basically it’s more like Halasana Asana or Plough Pose, imagine this asana upside down and that too in your womb.

This was the first time we experienced anxiety. I know some of you may say breech babies are common, it happens all the time or some of you may also mention C-sections are usual.
But for the First-Time parents we both were scared, alone and away from our family with no help.

There is a saying -“ You’ll never truly understand something until it happens to you “
And that too with your unborn child it’s really Scary!
